Refund Policy

We stand behind every product with a 60-day guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.

1. 60-Day Guarantee

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging when possible.

2. How to Start a Return

Email mrdarcys@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.

6. Exclusions

• Items marked "final sale";
• Gift cards;
• Items returned more than 60 days after delivery or without prior authorization.
